Meet the Founders

The founders created THINK’n based on a combined 45 years of experience in the mental health sector. 

Dr. Karki-Niejadlik



From her primary research the idea of THINK’n emerged and Dr. Karki-Niejadlik continues to explore the utilization of computer based therapy programs and mental health prevention strategies in primary healthcare.  Dr. Karki-Niejadlik hopes to continue providing input into innovative treatment strategies through knowledge transfer of evidence informed medicine.

Lesley Greig

Founder and Managing Director

Lesley Greig by profession is a Child and Youth Mental Health Practicioner who has worked in children’s Mental Health for more than 30 years. Her careers’ work has included over 16 years with St Josephs’ Healthcare as a Child and Youth crisis worker and a Child and Youth Practitioner with McMaster Child and Youth Mental Health in Patient unit.

Lesley received the Provincial “Award of Excellence in Child & Youth Crisis Work in 2007”.

Lesley is a proud recipient of the 50 over 50 Entrepreneurs award for 2019.
